"Not really worth it to me"
I’ll admit I’m picky when it comes to getting good value for my money, but this just didn’t do it for me. I ended up paying more than I thought I would, and the service was only okay. For that price, I personally expected a lot more. I probably wouldn’t use it again unless the cost comes down.

"Refund took longer than I expected"
I did get my refund in the end, but it took more days than I thought it would. After paying, I started feeling a bit unsure because the return process felt slow and I wasn’t getting much reassurance. It worked out, but I didn’t feel totally confident while waiting.

"The shipping was quicker than I..."
The shipping was quicker than I expected, which was a nice surprise. Tracking was simple enough to follow, and the package arrived in good shape with no damage or weird issues. I’m always a little nervous ordering online because I don’t want to waste money or deal with returns, but this went smoothly. I’d order again.

"Yeah, the delivery was actually on time"
I’ll give them credit where it’s due, the delivery showed up when they said it would. No problems, no chasing it down, just arrived on time like it was supposed to.

"Solid service and great communication"
I had a really good experience with them. They kept me updated the whole way through, and I didn’t have to keep chasing for answers, which makes such a difference. If you’re like me and appreciate clear communication, I’d say they’re worth considering.

"Packaging could’ve been a lot better"
My order did show up on time, so I’ll give them that. Maybe I’m just a little picky about packaging because I’ve had stuff arrive damaged before, but the box was soft and crushed on one side. There also wasn’t much padding inside at all, which made me nervous opening it. Luckily the product itself was okay, but for the price, I expected it to feel a lot more secure. Hopefully they improve the packaging...

The product info was mostly fine, but a couple of the sizes and photos didn’t really match what showed up. online product pages are always a little hit or miss, so I wasn’t that surprised. Not a huge deal, just something to double-check.

"Took a while to get sorted"
I had an issue with my order and, to be fair, support did eventually fix it. But it took way longer than I expected, and I had to follow up twice before anything really moved along. I also wish the instructions or next steps had been clearer from the start, because I wasn’t sure what I was supposed to do or how long it would take. It worked out in the end, but the whole process was frustrating.

It’s not terrible, but it’s definitely not great either. The way it was described made me expect something a bit higher quality, so that felt misleading. Overall, it’s just okay...

"Super easy site to use"
I had a really smooth experience using alister.co. The site loaded quickly for me, and I didn’t have to dig around forever to find what I was looking for.

It was easy to use on my phone too, which I always appreciate. Everything felt simple and straightforward without a bunch of clutter or confusing menus getting in the way.

The checkout/contact steps were quick and hassle-free as well. I actually mentioned it to a friend because it’s not every day a site just works without annoying you. Definitely 5 stars from me

It’s still holding up so far, so I can’t really complain about that. I just feel a little misled because I expected something different based on how it was described. It’s been solid enough, but not quite what I thought I was getting.

I had a frustrating experience with alister.co. Earlier this week, I messaged them about an issue with my order and figured I’d hear back within a day or so. After waiting a few days with no clear answer, I followed up again, but still didn’t get anything helpful.
By the end of the week, it felt like no one was really checking support, or they just weren’t taking it seriously. I understand delays happen, but even a quick update would’ve helped. I probably wouldn’t order from them again unless their customer service improves...
